Safety Recall Campaign
Hi, I am the Service Director at Capistrano Toyota. Our team here at Capistrano Toyota is fully trained and prepared to address your concerns regarding the two safety campaigns that affect certain Toyota models. The first is the 90L, also known as the Floor Mat Entrapment Campaign. The second is the A0A Campaign addressing certain accelerator pedals that may stick in a partially depressed position or return slowly to the idle position. Capistrano Toyota is ready for these Service Safety Campaigns. Your safety, convenience and level of comfort are our utmost concern.
We want to assure you that we recognize the importance of these campaigns and will do everything to make sure you have complete confidence driving your Toyota.
To briefly explain the two Safety campaigns, the procedures are to address the root cause of the potential risk for floor mat entrapment of accelerator pedals and the sticking accelerator pedals in certain Toyota models.
We have Toyota Certified Trained Technicians to perform the necessary repairs to correct the possible risk of floor mat entrapment of the accelerator pedal and the sticking accelerator pedal issues.
Capistrano Toyota is taking extra measures to ensure ease of appointments including expanded service hours. We will also have dedicated technicians available during all Service Business hours to perform these repairs.
If you would like to call our Customer Care Center to schedule an appointment. Please call 866-244-8848 during our business hours and our representatives will be happy to assist you.
